§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the portal available at nextdraft.pl, placing orders for events (live and recorded webinars) or the delivery of digital content, the payment method, and the complaint procedure.
- The portal administrator and service provider is FUNDACJA NEXT DRAFT, with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 85/21, 02-001 Warsaw, KRS: 0001204161, Tax ID (NIP): 7011286156, Statistical ID (REGON): 543226904.

§ 2. Definitions
- User: any natural person using the portal (e.g. coach, player, parent).
- Service: a service provided electronically, in particular access to webinars, newsletters, or educational materials.
- Webinar: online training conducted live or made available as a recording through external platforms.
§ 3. Technical requirements
- A device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
- An active email inbox.
- A standard web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge) in its current version.
- For live webinars: speakers or headphones and the required webinar platform software.
§ 4. Type and scope of services
- The Foundation provides the following services: live webinars, recorded webinars (VOD), digital materials, and a newsletter.
- The current list, description, and technical parameters of the services (e.g. webinar agenda, date, duration) are each time published on the dedicated subpage relevant to the given service.
- The administrator reserves the right to change the current service offer presented on the website without the need to amend these Terms and Conditions.
§ 5. Webinar registration
- Registration for a webinar is made by completing the application form on the portal.
- Access to webinars or digital materials is delivered in the form of: an email link, access through an external platform, or another method indicated in the service description.
- The User is obliged to provide true data during registration.
- Registering for a webinar is equivalent to accepting the Privacy Policy.
- Webinars may be delivered live or as a recording (as described on the service page).
- Live webinars may be recorded, and the recording may include participants' image or event chat.
§ 6. Conclusion of the agreement and payments
- Some services (e.g. selected webinars) may be paid. Current gross prices are provided in the description of the given service.
- Access to the service is granted subject to making payment through the online payment system.
- Payments are processed by external operators (e.g. Stripe).
- After payment, the User receives email confirmation. The agreement is deemed concluded upon receipt of that confirmation.
- The administrator issues proof of sale in accordance with applicable regulations.
§ 7. Right of withdrawal
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions below.
- Recorded webinars and digital materials: the right of withdrawal expires if performance began before the lapse of 14 days from purchase with the User's express consent.
- Live webinars: if the service has been fully performed by the Foundation with the User's express consent, the right of withdrawal expires.
§ 8. Complaints
- The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the operation of the portal or the quality of services provided.
- Complaints should be sent to the email address indicated in § 1.
- The Foundation considers the complaint within 14 days of receipt and sends its decision by email.
§ 9. Intellectual property
- Materials made available as part of the services (recordings, presentations, and other content) constitute the intellectual property of the Foundation or cooperating entities and are protected by law.
- The User may use the materials solely for personal use.
- It is prohibited to record, copy, share with third parties, or publicly distribute materials without the Foundation's consent.
§ 10. Final provisions
- The Foundation reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular due to changes in law, payment systems, or technological changes.
- The new Terms and Conditions will be published on the portal, and registered Users will be informed by email.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with one compliant with the law and the purpose of the Terms and Conditions.
- Use of the services is governed by Polish law and the jurisdiction of Polish courts. In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the portal.
